Every WeaveAHope product is handcrafted and made to order using your child's artwork. As each piece is carefully created by skilled artisans, production and delivery require time to ensure the highest quality.

Order Processing

Production begins once:

Your order has been confirmed.
Payment has been successfully received.
Your artwork and personalization details have been approved.

Each order is individually handcrafted, making every keepsake unique.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Production Time: Approximately 30–35 days
Shipping Time: Approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your order, seasonal demand, public holidays, customs processing, or courier-related delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number to monitor your package.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to dispatch orders within the estimated timeframe, WeaveAHope cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
